1. Refund Process
To request a refund for your FocusRec Pro or Teams plan, please contact our support team at support@focusrec.space. We require your order ID and the email address used for the purchase to verify your eligibility and process the refund promptly.
2. No Questions Asked
We stand by our product, but we respect your decision. FocusRec offers a no questions asked refund policy within the specified 14-day period. Whether you found the features didn’t fit your workflow or simply changed your mind, we will process the refund without requiring further explanation.
3. Refund Amount
Eligible refunds will cover the full amount paid for the FocusRec plan. Please note that any taxes, international currency fees, or transaction fees incurred at the time of purchase may be non-refundable, depending on the payment processor.
4. Refund Method and Timing
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the funds to be credited to your account can vary, typically taking 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution’s policies.
5. Termination of Premium Access
Once a refund is processed, your subscription to the Pro or Teams plan will be terminated immediately. Your FocusRec extension will automatically revert to the Basic (Free) Plan, retaining access only to the features available in that tier (e.g., 10-minute recording limit, watermark).
