These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the software product, the FocusRec Chrome Extension and related services (“Product”), provided by Tathya Global (“Provider”). By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Product.
1. License and Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Product, or any part thereof, without the prior written consent of Provider.
Updates and Upgrades

2. Intellectual Property
Ownership
Provider (Tathya Global) retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Product.
Feedback
If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Product (FocusRec), you grant Provider a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback into the Product.
3. User Responsibilities
User Account
You may need to create an account to access and use the Product. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any actions taken using your account.
Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the Product in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Product to engage in any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities, including but not limited to transmitting malware, spamming, or infringing intellectual property rights.
4. Data Privacy
Data Collection and Usage
Provider may collect and use certain data and information in connection with your use of the Product. This collection and usage are governed by the FocusRec Privacy Policy.
User Data (Your Content)
You retain ownership of any video recordings, data, or information you create, provide, or upload to the Product. By using the Product, you grant Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such data only for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Product.
5. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
The Product is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or conditions, express or implied. Provider disclaims all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use the Product and uninstalling the FocusRec extension from your devices.
Termination by Provider
Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Product immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any unauthorized or prohibited activities.
